UPDATE: Lanark Highlands man, 75, dies of injuries in ATV rollover

A 75-year-old man from Lanark Highlands Township has succumbed to injuries from an ATV crash on the afternoon of Dec. 2 near Clayton, Ont.

Ontario Provincial Police were called to a crash on Clayton Road, about 70 kilometres southwest of Ottawa, shortly before 5 p.m. Monday.

The ATV had rolled over on the road.

Lanark County paramedics conducted life-saving measures at the scene, and the rider was transported to hospital, but he died later.

Police have not named the victim.

The investigation by the Lanark County OPP was continuing with assistance from OPP collision experts.
