One person is dead after an early morning single-vehicle rollover in Ottawa’s east end.
Emergency crews were called to the area of Dunning Road and Brickland Drive near Cumberland just after 3 a.m. Friday.
Officers found an SUV had rolled and the driver was trapped, Ottawa police told CBC.
Firefighters extricated the driver, who was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Ottawa paramedics. He was described as a man in his 70s.
No one else was in the car, police said.
