The warm September sunshine brightened up Sunday morning’s JUMP IN’s Halftime Show at TD Place field.
Fitness enthusiasts and casual walkers alike enjoyed the vibrant celebration of health and community for the No. 1 cause of death among women.
The month-long fundraiser, supporting women’s heart health through the Canadian Women’s Heart Health Centre at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, encourages participants to engage in 30 minutes of activity daily.
The event featured sessions led by Adam Bracken of Fitness Lab, Amber Stratton of Pure Yoga, Stephen Bierbrier of Arboretum Hill Club, and Catalina Fernandez of Rise & Run Crew.
