Firefighters pulled a person to safety following a crash in Stittsville Thursday evening.
Around 6:25 p.m., Ottawa Fire Services (OFS) received a call for help from the Ottawa Police Service (OPS).
Police were on scene of a motor vehicle collision at Shea and Flewellyn Roads, where occupants were trapped inside a vehicle.
Firefighters arrived to find the vehicle pinned against a guardrail and confirmed one person was trapped inside.
The patient was extricated from the vehicle and taken into the care of the Ottawa Paramedic Service.
