A 53-year-old cyclist is dead after he was hit by a transport truck Saturday morning near Pembroke, Ont.
The crash happened just before 9 a.m. on Greenwood Road in Laurentian Valley Township, Ontario Provincial Police said in a social media post on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The force’s collision investigation team has been dispatched to the scene, OPP said.
The man’s name has not been released.
