Kingston Police have made an arrest in connection with a man’s death last month.

A 34-year-old man is facing a charge in connection with July 26 death

Kingston Police have made an arrest in connection with a man’s death last month. 

In a Friday news release, the police service said it has charged a 34-year-old man with second-degree murder in connection with the July 26 death of a 33-year-old person.

The suspect was arrested on Thursday.

Police continue to investigate the death, which is believed to have happened in the area between Leroy Grant Drive and MacDonnell Street.

Police found the victim suffering serious injuries they said were caused by another person. They died of their injuries later.

The suspect is scheduled for bail court on Friday.
