A 19-year-old man is dead after a single vehicle crash near Portland, Ont., early Sunday morning.
According to Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), emergency crews were called to County Road 8, east of Highway 15 shortly after 3:00 a.m., after receiving reports of a vehicle in a ditch.
The driver from Mallorytown was found dead while a 17-year-old passenger from Brockville suffered non-life threatening injures.
The cause of the crash is unknown and the investigation remains ongoing.
OPP is asking anyone who witnessed the collision to contact investigators.
