Quebec police issue Amber Alert for 2 missing children, ages 2 and 3

The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) have issued an Amber Alert for two missing toddlers. 

Provincial police say the missing children are Évelyne Gourgues, who is three years old, and Charles Gourgues, two.

Investigators say they were abducted by Keven Gourgues in Saint-Vallier, Que., which is located in the province’s central Chaudière-Appalaches region about 40 kilometres east of the city of Lévis.

The Amber Alert does not specify the suspect’s relation to the two children.

Police are also looking for a 2013 white Honda Civic with a black hood. The licence plate is 53V ACE.

The SQ says anyone who sees the suspect or the missing children should call 911.
