Article content

The regulatory boil water advisory for Aylmer has finally been lifted, Gatineau announced Saturday.

The order was issued in the beginning of April.

Tests confirm that the water is safe to use.

Affected residents should open all taps in their residence and let the water run for one minute, or until it runs cold, before using it.

The same procedure are applied to water fountains.

Any ice that was made during the boil-water period should be discarded.
