Closing arguments will continue today in the trial of accused convoy leaders Tamara Lich and Chris Barber.

Justice Heather Perkins-McVey will hear final submissions from Crown prosecutors Tim Radcliffe and Siobhain Wetscher before turning the floor to the defence to make its case for acquittal.

Lich is represented by Lawrence Greenspon and Eric Granger; Barber is represented by Diane Magas and Marwa Younes. The defence elected to call no evidence or witnesses to testify.

Final submissions are scheduled to run for the remainder of this week and into next week, if necessary.
