Ottawa has snow in the forecast again, with up to 25 cm on the radar for later this week. And no, this is not a joke.
Environment Canada says Ottawa, as well as other parts of eastern Ontario, could see five to 15 cm of snow on Wednesday, with an additional five to 10 cm of snow in the forecast by Friday.

However, the week begins with a mix of sun and clouds Monday and Tuesday, with a high of 10 C Monday and 11 C on Tuesday.

Monday night is expected to feel like -9 C with the wind chill.
The snow’s return is forecast to begin overnight Tuesday, with a 30 per cent chance of either showers or flurries and a low of 2 C. The snow or rain will continue into Wednesday, with a high of 3 C during the day and a low of -1 C overnight.
Not much will change Thursday. The day will see continued snow and a high of 1 C, with a 70 per cent chance of flurries overnight.
Friday’s forecast calls for a high of 4 C and cloudy with a 60 per cent chance of flurries or rain showers, dropping to -1 C overnight.
According to Environment Canada’s Daily Data Report for March 2024, Ottawa’s last snowfall was on March 23 with 1.2 cm of snow.
