Trains on the Confederation Line are back in service, after briefly being knocked offline by a power issue.

OC Transpo said on social media around 1 p.m. that  R1 replacement buses were running in the trains’ place between Tunney’s Pasture and Hurdman stations, and there was a stopped train between Parliament and Rideau.

At about 1:15 p.m., OC Transpo said service was operating on the westbound platforms only at Parliament and Rideau stations. Trains remained running in both directions between Hurdman and Blair stations.

By 1:40 p.m., though, OC Tranpso said regular train service has resumed throughout the Confederation Line.
