One person is dead after a head-on collision on Highway 7 between Perth and Innisville on Monday afternoon.
The OPP took a call about the collision at 1:45 p.m. At about 3 p.m., police said in a social media post that Highway 7 between Drummond Concession 9A and Drummond Concession 7 was closed.
The highway was expected to be closed for an extended period of time while the OPP investigate. Motorists were instructed to follow marked detours.
There were no immediate details available about injuries to others involved in the collision, police said.
