Ontario Provincial Police in the Upper Ottawa Valley are seeking the public’s help in identifying three suspects in an alleged home invasion in Pembroke.
Police say three men broke into a home on Pembroke Street West around 8 a.m. on Jan. 21, and allegedly assaulted the victim with blunt objects. The victim was transported to a local hospital, and later transferred to an Ottawa-area trauma centre with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.

“It is believed this was a targeted incident and there is no risk to the general public,” police said.
Police are looking to identify three people of interest. One man was wearing light blue pants and a plaid hooded jacket, carrying a black and yellow tool bag. A second man was wearing a black hoodie and a tan vest. The third man was wearing black pants, a black hoodie and carrying a black and grey Champion-brand backpack. All three were wearing ski masks.
The investigation is continuing with the assistance of OPP’s Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) and Renfrew County Crime Unit.
