There was no mention of any injuries in the robbery.

In early August 2024, O’Halloran was arrested by Ottawa police and remanded in custody.

Meanwhile, the OPP co-ordinated with the RCMP and confirmed that the second suspect was in Codroy, an isolated village on the southwest coast of Newfoundland and Labrador.

A Canada-wide warrant was issued, and the accused was located and arrested.

Members of the OPP emergency response team and the bail support team flew to Newfoundland to take custody of the suspect.

He was transported back to Renfrew, where he was remanded into custody following a bail hearing.
