Three suspects sought in Carleton Place perfume heist

Provincial police are on the hunt for three suspects after a “large quantity” of cologne and perfume was stolen from a Carleton Place drugstore Wednesday night.

In a post on X, formerly Twitter, the OPP said officers were called to a McNeely Avenue drugstore just after 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Police said three people wearing ski masks and dark winter coats stole the items from the store.

The suspects fled on foot before police arrived.

Anyone with information, doorbell or dashcam video, should contact Lanark County OPP at 1-888-310-1122 and refer to incident E241485581.
