Two arrested, one facing attempted murder charges after two stabbed in Renfrew

A 60-year-old Renfrew man is facing two counts of attempted murder after two people were stabbed in the Eastern Ontario town late Wednesday night.

At about 11 p.m., OPP officers from the Renfrew detachment responded to a disturbance and found two males with stab wounds on Airth Boulevard, police said in a news release Thursday. Both victims were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
