Four people were taken to hospital Sunday after a head-on collision on Wolfe Island near Kingston.
Bill Dickson, media relations co-ordinator for the OPP East Region, said in an interview that two people in each vehicle were injured in the crash on Road 96 near 9th Line Road.
Two of the individuals involved in the incident were transported to a local trauma centre by air ambulance.
