The OPP continued to investigate Monday after a fatal motorcycle collision south of Smiths Falls.
A 37-year-old man from the Lombardy area was pronounced dead at the scene after he was found in the west ditch along County Road 29, between the intersections of Kitley Line 6 and Kinch Street, at about 5:30 a.m. Sunday, police said.

Police do not know when the collision took place and no witnesses have come forth, the OPP said in a news release Monday. The motorcycle was cold to the touch when police arrived at the scene.
