The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad issued a Canada-wide warrant for a man who breached conditions of his statutory release.
Matthew Mutter is described as a Caucasian male, 31 years old, 6’1”, 170 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes and has several identifiable tattoos including:
- Chest – R.I.P. with names and date of birth
- Right arm – “tough times don’t last, tough people do”
- Right hand – sad clown face
- Right wrist – “RTOWN”
- Right hand – “613”
- Left arm – “F.T.P.”
- Left hand – “happy clown face”
He is known to frequent Ottawa, Pembroke, Brockville, North Grenville Township and South Frontenac Township in Ontario.
Mutter is serving a three-year, six month sentence for:
- Robbery
- Assault cause bodily harm
- Break enter & commit
- Forcible Confinement
- Fail to comply with probation order
- Possess weapon for dangerous purpose
- Fail to attend court at large
- Public mischief – make false statement
