Five people were taken to hospital following a two-vehicle collision on Highway 7 north of Perth Tuesday morning.
Members of the Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the crash between a car and a pick-up truck around 8:15 a.m.
The collision happened on Highway 7 between Fergusons Falls Road and Drummond Concession Road 7.
Five people were transported to hospital, one with critical injuries, one with very serious injuries and three who are reported to be in stable condition.
Highway 7 was fully closed between Fergusons Falls Road and Drummond Concession Road 7 for the police investigation from about 8:30 a.m. until just before 5 p.m.
