OPP say that a cyclist was killed in a collision with a transport truck near Pembroke, Ont. on Saturday morning.
Police are investigating the collision which happened just before 9 a.m. on Greenwood Road in Laurentian Valley Township.
The OPP says a collision reconstructionist and technical collision investigation team was sent to the scene.
They say the cyclist was a 53-year-old man but have not released his name.
Palmer Road near Adcock Lane, east of Palmer Rapids, was closed but has since reopened.
