The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is crediting teamwork in locating a man with dementia.
The elderly man went missing after a leaving a business on Baseline Road on Tuesday, Aug. 13, and officers quickly shared his description with partnering agencies.
The OPS says thanks to that quick action, OC Transpo locate the man at a bus stop in Kanata.
The man was assessed by the Ottawa Paramedic Service and then safely reunited with his wife at home.
