No injuries after reported shooting in Gatineau

An early morning shooting is under investigation in Gatineau.

According to the Service de police de la Ville de Gatineau (SPVG), residents of the northern end of Lorrain Boulevard heard gunshots shortly before 5 a.m. on Thursday, June 20.

SPVG officers responded to the scene and located damage to a home that could have been caused by bullets .

There were two people inside the home at the time, but no injuries reported.

Lorrain Boulevard is currently closed to traffic between Chemin de Chambord and Rue Croteau for the investigation.
