Officials looking for person of interest in Pembroke alcohol theft

Police are investigating a theft after a woman is believed to have stolen alcohol from a local store.

Officials from the Upper Ottawa Valley detachment of the provincial police said the incident happened the afternoon of Jan. 5 from a business in east Pembroke. An adult female entered the store and stole bottles of alcohol, the press release reads.

Police aren’t able to identify the person who is described as about 5’9”, with a medium build and long dark hair. She was last seen wearing a black toque, scarf, a light green coat, light grey sweater and carrying a pink backpack, black bag and a green bag.
