Provincial police from the Renfrew Detachment are looking for two more suspects they believe are connected to a home invasion and assault.
On Aug. 24 at around 6:00 p.m. in Renfrew, about an hour north of the nation’s capital, people broke into a home on Bonnechere Street South. The suspects assaulted the resident who suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
A short time later, officers located the homeowner’s car on Briscoe Road where two people were arrested.
Police have now issued a warrant for a third person, while they ask for the public’s assistance to identify the fourth individual.
“It is believed this was a targeted incident and there is no risk to the general public,” the press release notes.
