Ottawa police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 15-year-old from the Vanier area.
Donnie Phillips was last seen near his residence in Vanier on May 2, 2024.
Police describe Donnie as the following:
- 5’10” tall
- Short brown hair
- Brown eyes
- Has ascar on the back of his right hand
- Wears earring on left ear
- Also goes by “JT”
Authorities say Donnie frequents the Rideau Centre and spends time in a parking garage on Gloucester Street.
