Ontario Provincial Police are at the scene of a fatal collision on Highway 417 near Limoges, east of Ottawa.
Police say a car and a transport truck are involved. There has been no confirmation of how many people are involved. Police will only say it is a fatal collision.
Westbound lanes are closed until further notice at the Limoges exit. Police say to expect a lengthy closure.
Police issued a reminder on social media Tuesday afternoon to say that flying a drone over a collision or crime scene is prohibited.
“We also respectfully request that people refrain from posting pictures that could potentially identify victims,” police said.
