Ottawa Paramedics say one man was taken to hospital in critical condition and another suffered serious injuries after an overnight shooting in the ByWard Market.
It happened around 12:50 a.m. Tuesday in the area of Clarence and Parent streets.
Police tape was still up with officers guarding the scene hours later.
Ottawa Police posted about the shooting on social media at 1:47 a.m. but said the service had no further information to what was posted available Tuesday morning.
